Why Write a Health and Fitness Blog?
There are a few key reasons why I created this blog. First, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with others who may be interested in improving their own health and fitness. Second, I wanted to create a space that was accessible to all fitness levels and demographics. Many people assume that being fit and healthy is only accessible to those who are willing and able to commit to a full-body, 6-day-a-week regimen. While there is nothing wrong with that approach, it is not necessarily practical for everyone. Finally, I wanted to create a space that was positive and encouraging. There are many publications, websites, and social media accounts that are filled with negativity and frustration. I want to avoid all of that and instead share my passion for health and fitness with others.
Current State of the Health and Fitness Industry
