Born in California, Brooks has worked around the world and studied in Australia. After earning his culinary degree, he’s been running Noble Village’s brands throughout the state since 2004.
One World Market - Vi Vi Asian Market
The sushi at One World Market is a must-try at this restaurant. The prices are low and the food is delicious. You can take your family here for a great lunch or dinner. They have plenty of seating available. The ambiance is family-friendly, and there’s a huge sushi menu. A bar on the second floor will provide some entertainment. The new concept will be called “Okito” and it will feature the fried chicken of a Japanese pub.
